At Artivana, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all components and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Food storage containers that have been opened or used
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Items without original packaging
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for different sizes, colors, or styles. Contact us and we'll guide you through the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
